Yes, you can set up a free trial, which gives you access to all features and gives you a chance to test out airguide™ before you set up a paid subscription. No credit card details are required to start your free trial.

There are no restrictions (such as Ads or upload limits) during the trial period - it's the full product, which can be shared with guests right away.

Furthermore, you can set up as many properties as you like during the free trial period.

We will remind you when your free trial is due to end and you'll have the opportunity to set up your payment details and continue using airguide™.

If you don't set up your subscription before your free trial ends then your airguide™ will be automatically paused, which means it will no longer be accessible. However, none of your content will be lost. You will still be able to log in to your dashboard and set up your subscription at any time.

We know that pricing for software services can be confusing, so we've tried to keep our pricing as simple and transparent as possible.

Our pricing is set up in a tiered system because when a single user has multiple properties it becomes more cost efficient for our business. We choose to pass these cost efficiencies on to customers, meaning we are able to offer a better price for customers with larger portfolios.

As you set up additional properties (or remove properties), your subscription price will automatically adjust from the start of the following month.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express payments from customers worldwide.

airguide™ uses an external service to process credit cards (Stripe) and so your payment details are never stored on our servers. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. This can only be accomplished with best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.

Your credit or debit card will be charged on the first day of your monthly subscription cycle, and then each month thereafter on or around the same date, until you cancel your subscription.

If you set up your subscription during your free trial period, then your first payment will be taken on the day after your free trial ends, at which point your monthly billing cycle will begin.

Unfortunately we are unable to process refunds at the moment. If you choose to cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of your monthly billing period, at which point it will be terminated and you will no longer be charged.

If you wish to cancel your airguide™ subscription, please contact us and we will be able to process this for you. There is no notice period, however your subscription will run until the end of your monthly billing period.
